Order Processing

All orders are processed within 5–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping and Delivery

We ship using all major carriers, primarily USPS.
Estimated delivery times:

• Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days after shipment

You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please email skbdurag@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
We’ll review the issue and, if approved, send a replacement or refund.

All Sales Final

If no damage is reported within 7 days, all sales are final.
