All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at skbdurag@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and a photo of the damaged item so we can review and assist you.

If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement or refund to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Because of the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been opened or used.
